In the beginning, Wash the sushi rice until the water looks clear.
Boil rice with 1 cup of water.
Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small pot.
Heat over low until dissolved.
Mix vinegar with cooked rice, let cool.
Heat skillet, season & sear steak for 4-5 mins on each side.
Put the steak on a plate and allow it to cool.
Place Nori's shiny side down on the sushi mat.
Wet hands, and spread rice on nori.
Leave a 1-inch border, and add sesame seeds.
Arrange avocado and cucumber slices.
Place seared steak slices, and leave gaps.
Roll sushi tightly with a mat.
Remove the roll from the mat, and cut into 1-inch slices.
Use a wet towel to clean the knife after each cut.
Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
