Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 4 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 16 pieces San Giorgio Lasagna (uncooked pasta)
  • 3 cups Spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups  Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon  Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Brown beef, add sauce and cook for 10 mins.
  • Cook pasta, drain, and cool.
  • Mix cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer: sauce, pasta, cheese mixture, repeat.
  • Top with sauce, mozzarella, and more parmesan.
  • Cover with foil, bake for 45 mins, then brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Layer It Right: Start with meat sauce, then pasta, creamy sauce, and cheese. Repeat until you run out. End with cheese on top for a golden crust.
  • Don't Cook Pasta Too Much: Boil pasta until it's almost done. 
  • Let It Rest: After baking, wait 15 minutes.
