- 2 Cups Cornmeal
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
Heat the grill to 350°F.
In a dish, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
Combine the wet stuff with the dry stuff.
