Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup  All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups  Cornmeal
  • 1 Cup  Milk
  • 1/4 Cup  Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the grill to 350°F.
  • In a dish, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
  • Combine the wet stuff with the dry stuff.
  • Put the batter in the pan and smooth it.
  • Grill for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool a bit before slicing. Enjoy!
