Ingredients
  

  • Longjaw Mud Snappers (Fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves  Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper (freshly)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Dill fresh (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Thyme fresh (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley fresh (chopped)
  • Sliced Lemon
  • 2 Aluminum foil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C); line a dish with foil.
  • Clean snappers, rinse and pat dry.
  • Put snappers in a dish, add oil and garlic.
  • Squeeze lemon juice, and add lemon slices.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and herbs; add butter.
  • Wrap snappers in foil; bake while the oven heats.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins; fish flakes easily.
  • Unwrap, and place on the serving plate.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
