- 2 Longjaw Mud Snappers (Fresh)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Dill fresh (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Thyme fresh (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Parsley fresh (chopped)
- 1 Sliced Lemon
- 2 Aluminum foil
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C); line a dish with foil.
Clean snappers, rinse and pat dry.
