- 2 scope Herbalife PDM
- 2 scope Herbalife MR
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup Chocolate chips (mini dark)
- 1 cup Oatmeal/Granola
- ¼ cup Peanut butter
- ¼ cup Grounded flaxseed
Adding Ingredients:
In a large bowl, add ingredients sequentially.
Include Granola or oats (preferably Granola), peanut butter, ground flaxseed, 2 scoops of Herbalife PDM, 2 tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips, two teaspoons of ground cinnamon, two scoops of Herbalife MR, and two tablespoons of chia seeds.
