- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (divided)
- ½ pound Chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Onion (sliced)
- ⅔ cup Celery (diced)
- ⅔ cup Carrot (sliced)
- 1 Clove garlic (minced)
- 2 cups Bean sprouts (fresh)
For The Sauce:
- 1 ¼ cup Chicken broth
- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 ½ tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 ½ tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Slice chicken into ¼" strips, coat with cornstarch, and set aside.
Cook the chicken in small groups until it's no longer pink. Set aside.
Cook onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until softened.
For one minute, mix in the bean sprouts.
Mix sauce ingredients and add to veggies and chicken.
Let it cook gently for 2-3 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
