Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable  oil (divided)
  • ½ pound Chicken breast 
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup  Onion (sliced)
  • cup  Celery (diced)
  • cup Carrot (sliced)
  • Clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Bean sprouts (fresh)  

For The Sauce:

  • 1 ¼ cup  Chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Cold water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons  Cornstarch
  • 1 ½ tablespoons  Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon  Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken into ¼" strips, coat with cornstarch, and set aside.
  • Cook the chicken in small groups until it's no longer pink. Set aside.
  • Cook onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until softened.
  • For one minute, mix in the bean sprouts.
  • Mix sauce ingredients and add to veggies and chicken.
  • Let it cook gently for 2-3 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
  • Eat it with noodles or rice. Enjoy!
