- 1 cup Butter (Unsalted)
- ⅔ cup Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 ⅞ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Salt (To Taste)
- 6 Drops Food Coloring (Green And Red)
- 1 cup Tempered Chocolate
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
The butter and sugar should be creamed with a hand mixer.
Add vanilla and egg, and beat well.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Divide batter into 2 bowls, color each with food coloring.
For half an hour Chill in the fridge.
Shape the dough into leaf shapes using a rolling pin and cutter.
Bake on lined trays for 20 mins.
Let cookies cool completely.
Sandwich with tempered chocolate.
Allow to set, then enjoy!
