  • Ginger (fresh) = 2 tablespoon

  • White vinegar = 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato paste = 2 tablespoon
  • Tomatoes = 2 
  • Eggplants = 2 
  • Beans = ½ pound
  • Melon bitter (medium size) = 1
  • Salt = 1 teaspoon

How To Make Sari Sari

Step By Step Instructions:

Step 1

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add oil.

Step 2

Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add salt, broth, tomato paste, vinegar, and fish sauce. Stir well.

Lower the heat, and add long beans, eggplant, and tomatoes. Cover. Cook until almost done, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Add shrimp and bitter melon, and simmer until shrimp turns pink.

Step 6

Adjust salt or fish sauce to taste.

Step 7

Stir in roast pork, cook thoroughly, shake for crispy pork.
