  • Tortillas (8 Inches)  = 8
  • Pam Cooking Spray
  • Refried Beans = 4 oz.
  • Cheddar Cheese = 4 oz.
  • Cooking Oil (For Frying)

Step By Step Directions To Make Mexi Rolls

  1. Fully cook ground beef over medium heat in a saucepan.
  2. After cooking, evenly mix in taco seasoning.
  3. Melt cheese, then stir in refried beans and cheddar cheese.
  4. Fill each tortilla, and roll tightly to encase the filling.
  5. Lightly spray a baking sheet, and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
